The first day was a blustery cold. Exciting...but a little scary when all your chickens aren't home. Snowed all day. Literally all day.
And that never happens where we live.
But THIS day.
The second day.
This day was fun.
We were home together.
There was no school.
The skies were a gorgeous blue and we played with some awesome people.
Definitely will remember this one.

Fantastic photos, Stacey! I always love seeing your pics, and these are especially full of delight! Also love what you did with the one . . . "Wanna build a snowman?"
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear! Have you seen the movie Frozen? We sing, "Do You Wanna Build A Snowman" all the time. REALLY.....all the time! ;-) It's a favorite around our house.. :-)
DeleteHope you are well and experiencing God's grace in an extra special way.
That IS a lot of snow for y'all so far south!! And if you're going to get any I think that's the best way.. just for a few days! Long enough to play and have fun and then bare ground again. If you do want more I'll ship ya some of ours. ;))
ReplyDeletePretty pictures!! I like the ones of the girls throwing snow.
Happy weekend.xo
Amber.....yes....I don't know how your northern folks do it. I think I would need therapy. ;-) I used to LOVE the cold....now I tolerate it. The snow really is beautiful though.....you forget just how pretty it is when you never have it. And this snow was powdery...it was weird.....a real treat for sure.
DeleteHope your Sunday is good! xo
Your title caught my eye - Georgia Snow! Because I live in Georgia as well, but we were just south of the "Arctic Blast" that hit most of the rest of the state! :) We were so disappointed! And you really got a lot of it too - how very very fun, and such a special winter memory!
ReplyDeleteOh no! Sorry you missed it! I couldn't believe it....really was so much fun. :-)
DeleteI loved this post! Your whole blog is beautiful, the colors and the way you have everything set up is just the style I like.... :) Anyway, this must have been so thrilling for the kids. Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteTHank you so much! I need to figure out how to shrink my header picture! :-o It's huge.....I spent 45 minutes the other day trying to but did not succeed.
DeleteI loved my peek at your blog!
